Job Summary:We are hiring a target-driven and persuasive Outbound Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, and visits to pitch products/policies, generate leads, and close sales.Roles & Responsibilities:- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective leads on a daily basis- Identify and qualify potential customers through active listening and needs analysis- Convert qualified leads - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets- Follow up with leads and engage customers effectively - Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trendsEligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience - Graduation Completion -Required all semester marksheets.
