- Urgent Required- Tender Manager- Location- Okhla- Experience- 8 Year- Salary- upto 12LPAKey Responsibilities:- Tender Portal Management: Registered and managed profiles on Government e-Marketplace (GEM), India Mart, and other government/private tender portals.- Tender Identification & Analysis: Identified relevant tenders and aligned them with organizational objectives to maximize opportunities.- Document & Compliance Management: Ensured seamless document preparation, technical compliance, and adherence to tender requirements.- Pre-Bid Meetings: Attended pre-bid meetings to clarify project requirements, resolve queries, and gather essential insights for bid submission.- Offer Preparation & Submission: Developed and submitted high-quality technical and commercial bids within deadlines.- Reverse Auction & Negotiation: Actively participated in tender events and reverse auctions, ensuring competitive pricing strategies.- Vendor & Client Coordination: Maintained strong relationships with vendors and clients to facilitate smooth tendering processes.
-Vendor registration: Handled vendor registration of firm/products/services with government and private clients.- Procurement & Vendor Management Portals: Familiar with various government and private procurement portals including GEM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP (e-Procure, e-Tender, e-Publish), IREPS, and SAP Ariba. Experienced in navigating private client platforms such as JSPL, TATA, SAIL, and others for vendor registration, bidding, and contract management processes.Skill Required-- Knowledge of End to End tendering process in Govt.
