You will play a key role in converting leads into enrollments by building trust and providing accurate information and support.Key Responsibilities- Engage with potential learners via calls, emails, WhatsApp, or video consultations.- Understand their academic background, career aspirations, and upskilling needs.- Recommend relevant programs that align with their goals.- Follow up with leads systematically and ensure timely closure.- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth learner onboarding.- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.- Provide post-enrollment support if needed.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in any field (Education, Business, or related fields preferred).- 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, career advising, or sales (EdTech preferred).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.- Self-motivated and target-driven.- Comfortable with handling CRM and data entry tools.Preferred Skills :- Knowledge of higher education and certification programs.- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or EdTech environment.- Multilingual abilities (e.g., English Hindi or any regional language) is a plus.What We Offer :- Competitive salary performance incentives- Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling EdTech platform- Supportive team environment- Learning & development opportunities (ref:updazz.com)
