Business Development Role - Building Material (1-5 Yrs) Delhi (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Identify potential importers and facilitate trade partnerships.
-Customer & Supplier Management: Introduce supplier products to buyers and build trust quickly. Handle collections, after-sales support, and client retention.- Sales & Business Development: Conduct offline market visits to B2B clients, cold calls, and negotiations to promote products and secure deals.- Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with the China HQ team to align sales strategies and customer requirements.- Assist in establishing local operations (offices, showrooms, warehouses) if required.Ideal Candidate: - At least 1 year of offline sales experience (face-to-face negotiations, market visits). Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in tires, hardware, building materials, wallpaper, or small household appliances.- Bachelor s degree (any major). Fluent in English (written & spoken).- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
