We at Adda Education are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content, trends, and brand storytelling. You will directly drive branding, growth, and content strategy for our founders across multiple channels, building a strong digital voice and scalable influence.What You Will Own1. Founder Branding Across Platforms- Manage and grow multiple handles across Instagram (multiple channels), LinkedIn, Telegram, X, and more.- Build a unified but distinctive voice for the founders.2. Reels Shorts Ecosystem ExpertiseDeep understanding of:- Reel formats, hooks, and high-retention content- Mobile camera settings- Editing workflows, transitions, AI tools- Paid ads, amplification & growth loops3. Platform-Native Content Creation- You should know what works on each platform-IG - LinkedIn - Telegram.- Ability to tailor content per format and audience.4. Trendspotting & Trend-Building- Identify trends early and convert them into high-impact founder-led content.- Ability to translate any trend into the founder s voice, personality, and long-term vision.5. Insights, Analytics & Competition Benchmarking- Run deep analytics, share insights, track what competitors are doing & build data-driven playbooks for growth.6.
