Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, Independent Travel Manager located in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting customers with travel-related inquiries, managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, promoting travel services, and ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate will be required to efficiently handle client communications, offer personalized travel solutions, and support sales processes as part of their responsibilities.

• Experience in Travel Management and coordinating Travel Arrangements
• Proficiency in Customer Service to provide timely and effective resolutions
• Sales and persuasion skills to promote and sell travel services

• A passion for travel and a willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends
• Proficiency in relevant travel management software and tools
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
