Customer retention rate5. Product adoption6. Daily five BOs meeting7. First contact resolution (FCR) rate8. Escalation rate9. Support ticket closure rate10. Average time to resolve (ATR)11. Customer retention rateSkills & Ability1. Time to respond to customer inquiries2. Resolution time for complex issues3. Number of customer interactions handled4. Support ticket volume reduction5.
