Area Manager - Industrial Sales/B2B Sales - Electrical (10-15 Yrs) Mumbai (B2B/Corporate Sales)

1) Drive sales growth, expand distributor/dealer network, and build strong OEM and institutional relationships for Electrical & Industrial Components.2) Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and increase product penetration in the assigned territory.3) Identify and convert new business opportunities through consistent market mapping and lead follow-up.4) Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors/channel partners; monitor their performance, stock levels, schemes, and secondary sales.5) Conduct regular visits to distributors and support sales officers/promoters in meeting field targets.6) Build strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, institutions, and government departments.7) Visit customer sites to understand requirements, provide solutions, and ensure quick resolution of issues.8) Track competitors pricing, schemes, products, and market trends; gather and share market intelligence.9) Identify high-potential areas and recommend strategies to improve coverage and growth.10) Prepare daily/monthly sales reports, funnel updates, and territory plans.11) Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Technical) for smooth order execution and policy compliance.12) Ensure timely payment collection and support product launches, campaigns, trade shows, and customer events.13) Require strong Electrical/Electronics knowledge, B2B industrial/channel sales experience, and distributor/OEM management skills.14) Must have strong communication, relationship-building, team handling, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel extensively.Educational Qualification:- Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering or Diploma into Electrical Engineering qualification is mandatory- MBA/PGDM in sales and marketing.
