Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing domestic and international travel arrangements for corporate clients. This includes booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, assisting with visa and passport formalities, and ensuring a smooth travel experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities :- Research, plan, and create customized travel itineraries based on clients requirements, preferences, and budgets.- Make flight, hotel, and car rental reservations, ensuring accuracy and best pricing options.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of domestic and international airline schedules, fare structures, and hotel offerings.- Assist clients with travel documentation, including visa applications, passport processing, and travel insurance.- Stay informed about current market trends and negotiate with vendors to provide the most cost-effective travel solutions.- Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies with efficiency and professionalism.- Provide expert travel advice, destination information, and itinerary recommendations to corporate travelers.- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline, hotel, and car rental partners.- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and client communications.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).- 2-6 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel procedures, airfares, and visa documentation.- Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent travel requests.- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.Preferred Attributes :- Experience in handling corporate or business travel bookings.- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and vendors.- Strong understanding of travel cost optimization strategies.- Familiarity with travel insurance policies and visa regulations.
