Key Responsibilities : - Campaign Development & Execution : Lead the creation and execution of targeted multi-channel CRM campaigns, including Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and RCS, to drive customer engagement and conversion.- Data Management & Segmentation : Handle and analyse vast datasets (millions of records) to segment customers accurately and ensure that campaigns are targeted and personalized. Use data to fine-tune campaign performance and improve results.- Reporting & Insights : Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
