Responsibilities: & & & & & & & & Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. & & & & & & & & Explain product features, pricing, and benefits effectively to generate interest. & & & & & & & & Convert leads into sales through strong persuasion and communication skills. & & & & & & & & Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. & & & & & & & & Follow up with warm leads and handle customer queries professionally. & & & & & & & & Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. & & & & & & & & Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and closures. & & & & & & & & Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality interactions. Skills Required: & & & & & & & & Excellent communication and convincing skills. & & & & & & & & Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools). & & & & & & & & Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. & & & & & & & & Good listening skills and problem-solving ability. & & & & & & & & Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
