Job Description
Inside Sales:- Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails) and convert them into enrollments.- Counsel students and parents about UPSC exam strategies, course offerings, and faculty expertise.- Maintain CRM records and follow structured follow-up schedules.- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and response time.- Achieve daily/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.Outbound Sales:- Reach out to cold/warm leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to generate interest in UPSC courses.- Pitch flagship classroom, online, and hybrid programs confidently and persuasively.- Re-engage past leads and drop-offs to revive interest and conversions.- Participate in field campaigns and events (if required) for on-ground activations.
