We support venture capital firms, SMBs, and enterprise clients to achieve IT efficiency and compliance.Role Overview:We are looking for a high-performing Outbound Sales Executive to drive client acquisition for our Managed Services (MSP) offerings and cross-sell IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, deep understanding of IT services, and be proactive in building and closing B2B opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new SMB and enterprise clients for Managed IT Services (Remote support, Helpdesk, RMM, Compliance, etc.).- Drive cross-selling of IT infrastructure solutions - firewalls, servers, endpoint security, cloud backup, etc.- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and Admins to understand business needs and offer tailored solutions.- Manage end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation, cold calling, and demos to proposal submission and closure.- Maintain and update customer interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress in the CRM system (Zoho/HubSpot/etc.).- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for solution mapping and onboarding.- Generate leads through digital marketing coordination, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking events.- Regular field visits and meetings - must own a 2-wheeler with a valid license.Required Skills & Experience:- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in IT Services, MSPs, or Infrastructure Sales.- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build long-term client relationships.- Strong understanding of IT components: Helpdesk, Endpoint Security, Cloud Backup, Firewalls, RMM, O365, etc.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Kannada preferred).- Hands-on experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tactics and sales funnel conversion.- Strong interpersonal skills, confidence to engage with C-level executives.- Must own a 2-wheeler and be willing to travel locally for occasional client meetings.Preferred:- Prior experience working with MSPs or System Integrators.- Understanding of compliance-led sales (ISO, GDPR, VC due diligence).- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales tools, email automation, or lead-gen tools.Why Join INFODOT?- Fast-growing IT services brand with national and international clients.- Opportunity to work closely with the leadership team.- Performance-based incentives and accelerated career growth.- Be part of a vision to scale INFODOT into a legacy tech brand.How to ApplySend your CV with subject line Outbound Sales Executive - INFODOT .
