Executive - Business Development - BFSI (2-5 Yrs) Solapur (BFSI Sales)

Location: Solapur , Maharashtra Full-Time | On-Roll Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of advisors and ensure achievement of individual and group sales targets.
-Conduct performance reviews, feedback sessions, and motivational training.
-Recognize top performers and create performance-based incentive plans.
-Create a positive team culture through regular engagement and support.
-Collaborate with internal teams for seamless policy issuance and customer service. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduation in any stream (Mandatory) Experience : - Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing - preferably in Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, or related sectors - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Confident in handling objections and closing deals.
-Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
