The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics. You will work closely with the creative and development teams to execute and optimize 360- digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth, engagement, and lead generation.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing.- Optimize website and landing pages for SEO, UX, and conversion.- Manage and grow the company s social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.- Develop, publish, and manage high-performing content strategies for blogs, social media, and email newsletters.- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc.- Run A/B tests to improve ad creatives, CTAs, landing pages, and audience targeting.- Manage CRM campaigns and nurture leads through marketing automation tools.- Coordinate with designers and developers for creative and technical deliverables.- Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.- Contribute to brand building and overall digital presence with innovative ideas.Must-Have Skills:- 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with proven results.- Proficient in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns.- Strong SEO knowledge (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).- Experience with content strategy, marketing funnels, and audience segmentation.- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, GA4, and conversion tracking.- Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Zoho or similar.- Working knowledge of WordPress, landing page builders, and basic HTML/CSS.- Excellent command of English and strong copywriting skills.- Familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.Nice-to-Have-Skills:- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho Marketing, or ActiveCampaign).- Familiarity with video editing tools and running campaigns.- Knowledge of influencer marketing and community building.- B2B and SaaS marketing experience is a strong advantage.- Google & Meta certifications.Soft Skills:- Creative thinker with attention to detail.- Strong communication and storytelling ability.- Highly organized and deadline-focused.- Collaborative team player who can also lead and manage independently.- Self-starter with a passion for data-driven marketing.Education:- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
