Telecaller Profiles (For Credilo Company)Core Responsibilities:1. Making Outbound Calls- Call potential customers from a given database or leads.- Introduce the company s products or services.2. Receiving Inbound Calls- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback.3. Explaining Products/Services- Clearly communicate the benefits, features, and pricing.- Answer questions and handle objections.4. Generating Leads/Sales- Identify sales opportunities and convert them into sales.- Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.5. Maintaining Customer Database- Update CRM or spreadsheets with customer information and call logs.6.
