We are hiring a Unit Sales Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and grow business in the BFSI sector.Key Responsibilities:- Hire, develop, and oversee a group of advisers and sales professionals.- Set and meet sales goals for financial and insurance goods.- Through relationship management and client acquisition, create new business.- Organize frequent training sessions, team meetings, and performance evaluations.- Verify adherence to industry rules and corporate policy.- Inspire and drive business growth via Teams.Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in any discipline (preferred).
