Risk management: Throughout the development process, identify and reduce project risks. Validation: Oversee the testing, prototyping, and validation stages to guarantee adherence to both external and internal quality standards. Launch Readiness: Organize final documentation and training, and make sure all functional elements of the service are prepared for commercial launch. Quality Assurance: When new items are introduced, make sure they fulfill established quality goals and legal requirements.
