Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources, including market research, customer feedback, and product usage metrics. Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to product development and enhancement. 2. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. Monitor market dynamics, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement. 3. Requirement Gathering :- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.- Conduct user interviews and surveys to understand user needs and preferences.- Ability to translate user needs into clear and actionable product specifications and documentation. 4. Product Strategy and Roadmap Support : - Assist in the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
-Help prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, urgency and business goals. 5. Competitive Analysis :- Monitor and analyze competitor products and strategies. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps in the market to support the positioning and differentiation of products and suggest innovative ideas. 6. UI/UX Designing: Basic knowledge of designing and conceptualizing detailed workflows, user journeys and wireframes/prototypes. Should be familiar with tools like Figma, Draw.io etc. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure effective product development and launch. Collaborate on user testing, prototyping, and feedback collection. 8. Reporting, Documentation and Communication: Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress updates. Maintain documentation related to product requirements, specifications, recommendations and decisions. 9. Quality Assurance: Assist in product testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure the product meets defined standards and user expectations.
