Distribution & Market Activation Manager - FMCG (3-7 Yrs) Any Location (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

The role focuses on building and managing the distribution network for Hot Sauce range.This includes onboarding distributors, coordinating with retail chains, supporting market launch activities, and ensuring smooth product flow across regions. It is not a pure sales role; it combines operational planning, distributor management, and market execution.Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage a pan-regional distribution network for the Hot Sauce category.
-Identify, evaluate, and onboard distributors across General Trade and Modern Trade.
-Drive new brand introduction activities and ensure availability across target markets.
-Coordinate with sales teams for demand planning, stock movement, and activation support.
-Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and market coverage.
-Handle product listings, promotions, and visibility in supermarket and retail chains.
-Resolve on-ground operational issues related to supply, routing, and deliveries.
-Conduct regular market visits and provide insights for product and distribution improvement. Candidate Profile - 3-7 years of experience in FMCG distribution or market operations.
-Strong understanding of General Trade, Modern Trade, and distributor ecosystems.
-Experience in launching or scaling new FMCG products is preferred.
