They are part of a strong innovation ecosystem backed by premier research institutions and national accelerator programs.Title: Marketing Associate (UAV Domain)Location: BengaluruEducation: Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldExperience: 2-4 yearsAbout the Role:The Marketing Associate will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives within the UAV sector. The position involves driving brand awareness, supporting business growth, and ensuring cohesive communication across platforms.Roles & Responsibilities: - Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively.- Market Research: Study market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor movements to guide strategic decisions.- Content Development: Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other communication channels.- Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand messaging and uphold the company s brand identity across all touchpoints.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.- Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.Requirements: - Experience: Prior experience in marketing or related roles is preferred.- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.- Event Coordination: Proven experience in organizing and managing events, with the ability to represent the company at exhibitions, expositions, and related engagements.- Public Speaking: Excellent public speaking abilities and fluency in both English and Hindi.- Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills to conceptualize innovative marketing ideas.- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data to assess campaign performance and identify trends.- Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media management tools, and documentation software.- Project Management: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
