Job Description
Role Overview:- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Manager to support our B2B sales initiatives.
-The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of proven experience in field sales, excellent communication skills in both English and Kannada, and a strong ability to connect with clients at various levels.
-This role involves direct client engagement, field visits, and active participation in driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients through field visits, networking, and lead generation activities.- Conduct in-person client meetings to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.- Develop a thorough understanding of the company s product/service offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company s overall revenue objectives.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline using CRM tools or reporting formats.- Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams for service improvement and strategic planning.- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
