Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Plan and maintain ideal inventory levels for all stores.- Analyse sales data, trends & customer preferences to forecast demand.- Prepare assortment plans and support category planning.- Coordinate with stores to manage replenishment and stock availability.- Monitor inventory ageing, stock rotation & product mix.- Study market trends, competitors, and pricing opportunities.- Collaborate with the design & product development team.- Review logistics and ensure timely stock movement. Who Should Apply?- Candidates with experience in jewellery merchandising / inventory planning / category management (especially diamonds).- Strong analytical mindset and understanding of retail operations.- Ability to manage stock planning across multiple stores.
