FMCG Brand Promoter Job DescriptionJob Title:Brand Promoter / Sales Promoter FMCGLocation: Gurgaon and Noida Job Type:Full-time / Part-time / Contract (as required)Job Summary:The FMCG Brand Promoter is responsible for promoting products at retail outlets, increasing product visibility, generating customer interest, and driving sales. The role involves interacting with customers, explaining product features, maintaining product displays, and ensuring brand standards are followed.Key Responsibilities:Sales & PromotionPromote FMCG products at supermarkets, general stores, and modern trade outlets.Demonstrate product features, benefits, and offers to customers.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Encourage customers to purchase through active engagement.Retail Store ManagementEnsure correct product display, visibility, and stock arrangement.Monitor product freshness, expiry, and stock levels.Coordinate with store staff for shelf space and brand visibility.Customer InteractionUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable products.Handle queries and help customers make purchase decisions.Reporting & CoordinationMaintain daily sales reports (DSR).Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and product performance.Coordinate with supervisors/area managers for stock and promotional materials.Requirements:EducationMinimum 10th/12th pass (Graduation preferred but not mandatory)Experience0 2 years experience in FMCG, retail sales, or promotionsFreshers can also applySkillsGood communication and customer handling skillsBasic knowledge of sales techniquesEnergetic, confident, and presentableAbility to work in fast-moving retail environmentsOther RequirementsAge: 18 35 years (as per company policy)Willing to work in shifts/weekends if requiredMust have valid ID proofSalary & Benefits:Salary Range: (Insert range, e.g., 18000 to 22000)Attractive incentives based on sales performanceTravel allowance (if applicable)Company training and career growth opportunities Sector 14, Gurgaon
