Job Description

This team leads the implementation of the Group 's people strategy in line with our business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning, and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
We 're looking for a dynamic, sharp, and energetic intern to join our Emerging Talent team for shaping the next generation of talent. If you are someone who brings fresh ideas, loves working at high speed, and enjoys making things happen on ground, this role is for you.
As part of the campus hiring and engagement team, you 'll work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and experience; helping us design standout campus journeys, strengthen our hiring engine, and build our future:ready talent pipeline.
What You 'll Do

:Support end:to:end campus hiring operations - from pre:placement talks to onboarding.
:Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders, college SPOCs, and candidates.
:Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, assessments, and engagement activities.
:Bring creative ideas to enhance student experience, employer branding, and touchpoints.
:Manage trackers, dashboards, and candidate pipelines with high accuracy and speed.
:Contribute to content creation for decks, communication, newsletters, and campaigns.
:Help drive new initiatives under the Emerging Talent and Launchpad proposition.
:Ensure smooth operational processes across scheduling, logistics, documentation, and reporting.

:Ability to multitask and work in a fast:paced environment.
:Passion for campus engagement, talent programs, or HR is a plus.
