Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating digital marketing projects from planning to execution with the manager and clients.
• Communicate with manager , and clients to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Help prepare project reports, schedules, task lists, and documentation.
• Support the team in executing campaigns across SEO, social media, email marketing, ads, and content.
• Ensure smooth workflow between the marketing, creative, and development teams.
• Review work submissions to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Help manage client communication under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in maintaining project dashboards and updating task management tools.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content, ads).
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• academic project experience in digital marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or similar project management platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, analytics tools, or social media scheduling tools.
