Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services
Handle customer queries politely and efficiently
Maintain& call logs and update customer information in the system
Follow up with leads to achieve sales targets.
Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism in all interactions
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing)
Ability to persuade and negotiate
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass (Any graduate preferred)
