Job Description
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Key Account Executive/Manager to join the young Account Management team. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive account growth by aligning Inspacco s solutions with client needs.This role demands strong ownership, communication, and coordination skills, along with the ability to understand client priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.Responsibilities- Develop and monitor meaningful working relationships with the designated clients- Communicate with clients and understand their needs- Work towards satisfying customer needs by developing the right strategies as an account executive/manager- Work with customer data to identify trends and opportunities that can benefit both the company and its clients- Deal with customer complaints and resolve them through negotiation- Supervise the account teams that are assigned to specific clients and ensure that the key account holders are being handled well by the teamsRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field.- 2-5 years of experience as an Account Executive/Manager, Key Account Executive/Manager, or similar role.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.- Understanding of customer service practices and retention strategies.Preferred skills and qualifications- Master s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field- Prior experience in sales and marketing as well as customer service- Knowledge of customer segmentation and customer acquisition strategiesPerks & Benefits- Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)- Health insurance coverage- Opportunity to work closely with the cofounder and the CBO experienced in B2B sales- Collaborative and growth-focused work environmentInterested candidates can share their updated CV (ref:updazz.com)
