The ideal candidate will drive delegate acquisition, sponsorship outreach, marketing initiatives, and support end-to-end conference operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to build meaningful industry relationships within the healthcare sector.Key Responsibilities Delegate Sales & Client Engagement- Identify, qualify, and onboard potential delegates for conferences and academic events.- Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly delegate acquisition targets.
-Engage prospects through calls, emails, social media, and professional networking. Sponsorship Marketing & Partnerships- Reach out to healthcare organizations, corporates, and industry leaders for sponsorship opportunities.- Present sponsorship proposals, highlight event value, and support sponsorship closures.- Maintain and grow long-term partner relationships. Marketing & Outreach- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, social media).- Support marketing content creation for event promotions, brochures, and digital assets.- Manage and update stakeholder databases for sustained engagement.
