Job Role - Conference Sales & Marketing SpecialistJob Location - BangaloreSalary - INR 2 - 4 Lakh/YearWork Mode - ONSITERole OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Conference Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our Conference Vertical. The ideal candidate will drive delegate acquisition, sponsorship outreach, marketing initiatives, and support end-to-end conference operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to build meaningful industry relationships within the healthcare sector.Key Responsibilities Delegate Sales & Client Engagement- Identify, qualify, and onboard potential delegates for conferences and academic events.- Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly delegate acquisition targets.
-Engage prospects through calls, emails, social media, and professional networking. Sponsorship Marketing & Partnerships- Reach out to healthcare organizations, corporates, and industry leaders for sponsorship opportunities.- Present sponsorship proposals, highlight event value, and support sponsorship closures.- Maintain and grow long-term partner relationships. Marketing & Outreach- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, social media).- Support marketing content creation for event promotions, brochures, and digital assets.- Manage and update stakeholder databases for sustained engagement. Conference Planning & Operations- Assist in the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of conferences and workshops.- Coordinate with speakers, delegates, vendors, and operations teams.- Provide on-ground support on event days and contribute to post-event reports and insights.Skills & Competencies - Strong communication and presentation skills.- Proactive approach with excellent interpersonal abilities.- Sales-driven mindset with basic marketing understanding.- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Good command of MS Office; knowledge of CRM/tools is a plus.Qualifications - Bachelor s / Master s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields.- 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in events or conferences.What We Offer- A high-growth environment in the healthcare education domain.- Opportunity to work closely with industry experts, speakers, and healthcare leaders.- Exposure to national and international conferences.- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.LEVEL OF EXPERTISESales - 1 yearMarketing - 1 yearMS Office - 1 yearEvent Planning - 1 yea (ref:updazz.com)
