We work with top builders and offer transparent, professional guidance throughout the home-buying journey. Job Role We are looking for smart, energetic, and confident freshers who enjoy talking to people and are interested in building a strong career in sales and real estate. This role involves guiding customers, explaining property options, and assisting them during site visits and decision-making. & Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to understand their home requirements.
• Share property details and explain project information clearly.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients.
• Maintain customer data using Google Sheets / Excel.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers.
• Work closely with seniors to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with clients for referrals and repeat interactions.

& Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Kannada helpful).
• Confidence & ability to speak professionally with customers.
• Good convincing & interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Excel, Email).
• Positive attitude, self-motivation & willingness to learn.

& Eligibility

• Any graduate.
• Freshers or candidates with 0 1 year experience.
• Should be open to travel for site visits (within Bangalore).
• Only Bangalore-based candidates or those willing to relocate.

& Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 3,00,000 6,25,000 per annum
