Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Inspire: Coach and develop the Pre-Owned Sales team to achieve sales targets, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction.Performance Management : Monitor KPIs and ensure full compliance with Company Approved Standards and Retailer policies.Inventory Strategy : Manage sourcing, pricing, preparation, and disposal of Approved vehicles to maximize ROI.Quality Control : Oversee appraisals, valuations, and reconditioning to uphold premium standards.Customer Acquisition & Retention : Drive prospecting and lead management to grow and maintain a loyal customer base.Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the Head of Business on short- and medium-term plans aligned with Company initiatives.Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of trends and competitor activity in the premium pre-owned automotive sector.Brand Representation : Ensure all vehicle presentation, advertising, and online content meet JLR brand standards.What We re Looking For- Proven experience in Used/Pre-Owned Car Sales Management, ideally within a premium or luxury automotive brand.- Strong leadership and coaching skills to build and sustain high-performing teams.- Solid commercial acumen with expertise in stock management, valuations, and ROI optimization.- Familiarity with Company standards, compliance processes, and customer experience principles (preferred).- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
