We are Hiring for the Leading EdTech companyPosition - Performance Marketing Head / DirectorExp - 10 to 15 yearsLocation - Navi MumbaiQualification & Skill Requirements:- Preferred Master Degree holder, MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.- 5 to 10 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, ideally within education sector.- Proven experience in managing large-scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.- Strong background in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to drive decision-making.- Demonstrated success in managing a team and delivering measurable results.- Skills:- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and apply them to improve campaign performance.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex performance data to non-technical stakeholders.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Spredsheet (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis).- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:- Experience of 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook & Google ; preferably in Ed-tech industry.- Managed revenue deliverable portfolio, ideally with high budget management experience (ref:updazz.com)
