Regional Passive Sales Manager - Mutual Fund Industry - (core AMC Sales)Location: Delhi | Mumbai | Pune | Ahmedabad | Kolkata | Bangalore | Chennai | HyderabadExperience: _4 years of core AMC SalesDesignation: Sr. AVP / VPQualification: Postgraduate (CFA/CFP preferred) | NISM 5A mandatoryWe re looking for passionate professionals to drive growth of Passive Funds (ETFs & Index Funds) across zones. The role involves developing business through National & Regional Distributors, Banks, RIAs, Wealth Managers, PMS, PFs, Broking Platforms, and Family Offices.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve Passive Fund sales targets (Net Sales, SIPs, Distributor Activation).- Drive zonal strategy, distributor enablement, and key account development.- Act as subject matter expert for Passive Products - conduct product trainings, webinars & market updates.- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.- Ensure compliance, governance, and excellent service standards.Competencies & Attributes:- Strong knowledge of ETFs / Index Funds- Excellent relationship management with Banks, NDs & Wealth Partners- Strategic thinker with a hands-on sales approach- Strong communication & leadership skillsPlease share cv to GERARD - 9702374798 (ref:updazz.com)
