Role & responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents.
-Set sales targets and objectives for individual agents and the agency as a whole.
-Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
-Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders - Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
-Stay up-to-date on the company s products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
-Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Preferred candidate profile: - a bachelor s degree in business administration or marketing.
-minimum of 2 years of experience in any field sales or management-related fields (preferred).
-Age: Minimum 21 years, maximum 40 years.
