We re expanding rapidly and are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with around one year of experience to help us grow our footprint across markets, partnerships, and distribution channels.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and support new business opportunities across retail and distribution channels.- Assist in building strategic partnerships with suppliers, retailers, and logistics partners.- Support B2B and B2C sales initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of projects.- Attend trade shows, networking events, and meetings with potential partners.- Track sales performance and prepare weekly business reports.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Around 1 year of experience in Business Development, preferably in FMCG, seafood, or fresh produce industry.- Good understanding of sales and partnership development.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong willingness to learn and contribute to a growing team.- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
