What You ll Do- Handle inbound investor calls and resolve queries efficiently.- Clearly explain product details (FDs, mutual funds, etc.).- Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in every interaction.- Share customer insights with Product and Marketing teams.- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate support. What We re Looking For- Good English communication skills.- Clear speech, confident tone, and patience while handling calls.- Basic understanding of financial products.- A positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers.
