Admin And HR Executive

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to support end-to-end HR activities and basic office operations. This role is ideal for someone starting their career and eager to learn how HR works inside a fast-moving startup. Key Responsibilities HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding & documentation
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
• Support payroll processing (data collection, validations, coordination with finance)
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies
• Handle employee queries related to HR, attendance, or payroll
• Support exit formalities and documentation

Recruitment

• Post job openings on portals and social platforms
• Screen CVs and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and panel members
• Maintain hiring trackers and dashboards

Office Administration

• Oversee day-to-day office operations
• Manage vendor coordination (internet, housekeeping, office supplies, etc.)
• Support basic IT/asset allocation and tracking
• Ensure a smooth and well-organised workspace

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Good MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn
• Ability to multitask and take ownership in a startup environment
