Executive - Sales & Marketing - Hotel (3-5 Yrs) Varanasi/Banaras (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead business development across wedding and corporate segments. This is a performance-focused role for someone who knows the local market and can actively bring in bookings and partnerships.Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads and convert bookings for rooms, weddings, and events.- Build relationships with planners, corporates, and travel agents.- Execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.- Manage hotel listings on OTAs and social media.- Prepare proposals and contracts.- Track sales performance and report to management.- Coordinate with operations for event execution.- Represent the hotel at networking events.- Maintain CRM and lead database.Qualifications & Skills:- Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business (preferred).- 2-5 years of hotel sales/event marketing experience.- Strong knowledge of Varanasi s wedding and corporate market.- Fluent in English and Hindi.- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.- Self-motivated and target-driven.- Professional grooming and customer-first attitude.
