Job Description
Job Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.- Explain services to customers clearly and effectively.- Generate leads and maintain customer database.- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.- Maintain daily call records and report to the supervisor.- Resolve customer queries politely and efficiently.- Provide detailed information about services.Requirements:- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).- Basic computer knowledge.- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.- Prior experience in telecalling/customer service will be an advantage.
