Location: Remote (India-based candidates only)Shift Timing: Night Shift (Aligned to US Time Zones)Position Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 2-7 YearsJob Summary:-We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team remotely from India. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with a neutral or American accent, experience working with the US market, and a proven track record in generating high-quality leads. This role requires working night shifts to align with US business hours.Key Responsibilities:-- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.- Research and identify potential clients in target industries and regions.- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate and timely information.- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment.- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to maintain a strong sales pipeline.Requirements :- 1-4 years of experience in SDR, lead generation, or a similar sales role targeting the US market.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear American or neutral accent.- Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.- Comfortable working during US hours (night shift in India).- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:-- Prior experience in SaaS or technology sales.- Understanding of the US business culture and buyer personas.
