Executive - Lead Generation - IT (3-5 Yrs) Indore/MP (IT Sales)

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist Experience Required: 3-5 Years Location: Indore About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who can identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads to support our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation within the IT industry, along with strong communication and research skills. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, research, and generate new B2B leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, online research, databases, etc.).
-Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
-Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
-Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to attract potential clients.
-Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business goals.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
-Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics to improve processes.
-Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
-3-5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation in the IT or software services industry.
-Strong knowledge of lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.
-Excellent communication, email writing, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to understand IT services, software solutions, and customer pain points.
-Strong analytical and research skills.
-Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools.
