Senior Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager Location: Hyderabad (Uppal) | On-site | Full-Time Experience: 4-5 Years Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role:Massil Technologies is looking for a highly driven Senior Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT Services Sales. If you are passionate about generating revenue, building relationships, and driving business growth, this role is an excellent fit. Key Responsibilities - Conduct detailed market research to identify high-value leads and business opportunities.
-Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
-Drive outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
-Understand customer requirements and create tailored IT solutions.
-Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
-Work with internal teams to ensure timely proposal delivery and client satisfaction.
-Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM platforms for lead generation and tracking.
-Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Represent Massil Technologies at client meetings, webinars, and industry events. Required Experience - Minimum 4 years of proven experience in IT services sales or business development.
-Strong background in outbound lead generation and solution selling.
-Experience handling senior-level client interactions and large deals is an advantage. Qualifications - MBA is highly desirable. Key Skills & Competencies - Strong market research, lead generation, and pipeline management skills.
