Medical Lab Technician

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Phlebotomist located in Budigere Cross, Bengaluru - 560049. The Certified Phlebotomist will carry out blood collection procedures, prepare specimens for laboratory testing, and ensure adherence to medical protocols and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities: Phlebotomy / Home Collection Duties:

• Perform venipuncture to collect blood samples from patients of all ages.
• Visit patients homes for sample collection as per schedule.
• Verify patient information to ensure correct labeling and accurate documentation.
• Collect blood and other specimens following proper safety and hygiene protocols.
• Label, handle, and transport samples accurately to the laboratory.
• Maintain patient comfort and ensure professional, courteous service.
• Record and report daily collections and coordinate with lab staff.

Skills & Requirements:

• Qualification: DMLT / BMLT
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Phlebotomy& in a clinical or healthcare setting
• Technical Skills: Blood collection, labeling, basic computer skills, MS Office
• Soft Skills: Good communication, empathy, punctuality, multitasking ability
• Additional Requirement: Two-wheeler Valid driving license
