Job Description
- Proven capability of having led/established a revenue Centre and grown it consistently as an independent Profit Centre/Managed a Profit Centre for at least a period of 5 years.- Having demonstrated the right zeal and attitude to succeed in a highly competitive environment may only apply. Experience of FMCG/pharma/CG . Job Description : 1) Ensure achieving and surpassing Sales targets consistently of the region; as agreed. 2) Doing due diligence towards gathering Market intelligence Existing & New Businesses. 3) Aid in building appropriate sales infrastructure of the Region so as to service market demand. 4) Manage customer outstanding as per Organizational policy. 5) Adept in creation of Distribution infrastructure, identification of gaps in the markets and building of business to address these gaps. 6) Plan for Business development in the region in all possible Trade, Business Channels. 7) Ensuring prompt and consistent handling of enquires/sales leads, preparing estimates & follow-ups. 8) Managing a Team comprising of Sales officers & distributor sales persons. 9) Handling the whole distribution network for the region. 10) Plan and Execute various Business promotion activities for the region. 11) Identification of New Trade Channels for Sales Development. 12) Control of Inventory/Sales/Credits. 13) He/She should have lead a state or few states, with a group of Sales officers. 14) Demonstrated capability of being able to deliver top line consistently. 15) Appointing of New Distributor in Your HQ as well as a the territories handled by you . Experience : Desirable experience - Generating sales leads through Cold calling, Tele-calling and personal one to one meetings and moving them through stages to close Sales.- Should have a working experience of 8-15 years of experience with a basic leadership experience of at least 3-5 years!. Task : 1. Generating the Primary Order from the Distributor. 2. Managing Out Standing . 3. Strong retailing & Secondary Market to be covered with the existing Sales Officer team. 4. Ensure that the complete Product range should be visible to all Market Channels I.e FMCG, PCO, Hardware, Automobile, Agriculture, Pharma. 5. Need to do Sale promotion activities in shop activity /group working /free Sampling. 6. Organizing meeting with the dealer and distributor.
