Job Description
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Growth & SalesI. Drive CASA, fee-based income & investment/cross sell to meet branch-specific liability targets.II. Identify and acquire new customers within the local catchment area.III. Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, investment and payment solutions.IV. Develop and execute local marketing and business development initiatives.2. Branch & Team LeadershipI. Build and lead a team of 4-5 Sales Managers and 2-3 Branch Support Staff.II. Guide, coach and motivate team members to achieve individual and branch goalsIII. Maintain a performance-oriented and customer-first culture at the branch.3. Customer Relationship & Service ExcellenceI. Ensure superior customer experience and prompt issue resolutionII. Develop and manage relationships with key clients, including high-value accounts.III. Uphold Federal Bank s brand reputation in the local market.4. Operations, Risk & ComplianceI. Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure strict adherence to RBI and internal compliance norms (KYC/AML).II. Maintain branch hygiene, audit readiness, and risk management standards.
