OpenSource Admin CS / Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
:Deploy, configure, and maintain production instances of open sources platforms
:Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
:Security configurations and patches to protect from vulnerabilities.
:Establish and manage connections to various DBs
:Configure user authentication via integrations with LDAP, OAuth, or other authentication services.
:Manage user groups, roles, and permissions to control data access..
:Serve as the primary point of contact for end:users, assisting with platform issues and requests.
:Enable advanced features e.g Supersets rich visualization library, Metabases interactive drill:down capabilities.
:Set up and manage automated email and Slack alerts and reports for open source platforms.
:Tuning for production environments, for better performance.
:Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker, for deployment and maintenance.
:Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus
:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
:Able to manage team and guide on critical and priority issues.
:Aware of OLA/SLAs and able to define and agree with Business.
:Able to manage Releases and disaster recovery drills.
:Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and understanding their differences.
:Familiarity with data governance and cataloging principles.
:Knowledge of the Python ecosystem for extending Supersets functionality
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
:Bachelor 's degree (in science, computers, information technology or engineering)
:GCP/AWS skills preferred
:Expert in Windows / Linux, or Cloud admin with good Communication and Interpretation Skills
:Have understanding in Opensource like Superset, Metabase
:Strong knowledge of infra automation and configuration, management tools like terraform, Ansible, Jenkins,
:Strong understanding with user authentication
:Manage the resilient architectures
