What role you will play in our team
Experienced IT professional specializing in automation platforms, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices. Skilled in operating and maintaining UiPath and ABBYY FlexiCapture, designing secure AWS/Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code, and implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions. Adept at scripting (PowerShell, SQL, C) to automate processes and improve efficiency. Strong background in system monitoring (DataDog) and analytics (Power BI) for performance optimization and operational insights. Proven ability to ensure compliance, maintain documentation, and collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

What you will do
:Operate and maintain ABBYY FlexiCapture and UiPath platforms to ensure reliability and performance.
:Design and manage AWS/Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC); coordinate with MSPs for secure, optimized systems.
:Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions; automate repetitive tasks through scripting (PowerShell)
:Monitor system health and troubleshoot proactively; collect and analyze performance metrics using DataDog.
:Maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases; validate MSP activities and ensure compliance with change management protocols.
:Provide consultation with customers on products and services.
:Build dashboards and reports with Power BI for operational insights.
:Develop and maintain RPA solutions (UiPath preferred) and implement IDP workflows for document handling and data extraction. (Nice to have)
