JOB DESCRIPTION Role: Social Media & Content Growth Executive (Full-Time, In-Office)

We conduct live workshops, corporate seminars, and digital programs focused on deep inner transformation , not surface-level motivation. We are looking for someone who wants to build a powerful personal-brand-led platform , not just post content. Role Overview You will work closely with the Founder to capture real moments , convert them into high-impact content, and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and learning platforms like TagMango . This is a hands-on, in-office role involving shooting, editing, posting, and growth execution. Key Responsibilities Content Creation (Core Role)

• Shoot photos & videos in office, workshops, meetings, and live sessions
• Create daily Instagram content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
• Assist in YouTube video shoots & basic edits (long short form)
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments authentically (not over-polished)

Platform Management

• Daily posting on Instagram
• Regular posting and engagement on LinkedIn
• Upload & manage content on YouTube
• Manage courses, sessions, uploads & updates on TagMango

Growth & Optimization

• Help grow the Quantum Mindshift page organically
• Understand hooks, captions, trends (without killing authenticity)
• Repurpose one piece of content across multiple platforms
• Track what works and improve consistency & reach

Coordination & Execution

• Work closely with the Founder for ideas & execution
• Maintain a simple weekly content plan
• Ensure discipline, consistency & timelines

Skills Required

• Basic to intermediate video editing (Reels/Shorts)

• Basic Canva / editing tools knowledge
• Willingness to learn tools like TagMango
