The role involves engaging with schools, educational institutions, and other potential clients to build relationships, explain our offerings, and close business deals.Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach schools, educational institutions, and potential clients to promote our student transportation services.- Conduct meetings with school administrators, principals, and decision-makers to present and explain our offerings.- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for client queries.- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.- Negotiate and close agreements with schools and clients.- Gather market insights and competitor information to strategize sales activities.- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements- Proven experience in -field sales, business development, or client acquisition- (experience in education, transport, or related industry is a plus).- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong relationship-building and presentation abilities.- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.- Minimum qualification: Graduate (ref:updazz.com)
