Role Summary:- We are hiring Junior Solar Sales Consultants for a B2C appointment generation role in the Australian Solar domain.- This is a full-time, voice-based sales position focused on outbound calls, lead generation, and appointment setting for Australian residential and business clients.- Candidates with prior experience in Australian B2C/B2B calling are highly preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound B2C calls to generate qualified leads and appointments.- Engage with Australian residential and business clients to explain solar rebates and incentives offered by the Australian government.- Maintain accurate call records and track leads systematically.- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and strategy.
